- Initial meeting at your site.
- Existing buildings survey including measured drawings of all relevant existing building(s).
- We will help you to develop your brief. Including the identification of mandatory items, restrictions, features, wish list etc.
- Undertake preliminary analysis of authority regulations & requirements, (Rescode & Land Data).
- Prepare conceptual Schematic layout plans, computer drafted to scale.
- Opinion of probable cost based on sqm rates.
